Emergency Plus App - a national app developed by Australia’s emergency services and their government industry partners, helping people to call the right number at the right time, anywhere in Australia. Run Like A Girl
Women aged 18+ meeting twice weekly for coached running programs customised to their conditioning and goals. Kensington, Victoria.
Diamond Creek Runners
We are a social running group based in Diamond Creek, who welcome everyone and all abilities. We have approx 250 members with a great mix of sexes, ages, road and trail runners. We have 4 organised sessions a week with people often connecting and running together outside of these times, to work in with their lives.
Vigor Running
Group training for all levels, tailored coaching programs and an awesome community of people getting fit!
Thursday 5:30-6:30pm and 6:30-7:30pm @ Collingwood Track. Sunday long run 8am from Collingwood Track. Tuesday 6-7pm @ Princes Park All abilities, all welcome.
Melbourne Frontrunners
We are an inclusive running and walking club for the LGBTQ+ community and allies. We have coached sessions, with Coaches affiliated with Athletics Victoria, as well as social runs, over the week we have 8 sessions, including a women specific session. We also have social events. Every year we organise the Melbourne Pride Run at the Tan.
Petits Pois
We have two running groups: one for women over 50+; and the other is a mixed group of adult b gunner runners or those returning from injury.
The women’s one is I. Petits Pois Thursday mornings starting and finishing at Princes Park and the mixed one, currently called the Night Wolves is on Tuesday mornings for both males and females. The Thursday group has two recreational coaches and at present the Thursday has one.
We focus on inclusivity; no one is left behind and we train the runners in posture, style, speed and endurance and provide science based information on what the body is doing as we run and learn about the benefits of running.

We have several walkers who are moving gently into being runners. The groups also focus on gelling together as a group.
